ICES 2024 will be held on December 19, 2024. This conference is organized by International Association of Management Science and Engineering Techonology.  Dr. Shashi Prabha Dubey, Neha Shakelly, Dr. Rawdah Abduh Ghaleb Whba and Prof. Alexey Yurievich Mikhaylov will be present and give their speeches at this conference!

Dr. Shashi Prabha Dubey is a distinguished chemist, Currently, Dr. Dubey serves as an Assistant Professor at P.G. Department of Chemistry at T.P.S. College, India. Dr. Dubey's early research focused on water purification. 2009-2010, she explored the use of biosynthesized nanoparticles for water remediation. 2012-2016, Dr. Dubey delved into the field of nanomaterials, focusing on the synthesis and characterization of graphene-based materials for water purification applications. In 2021 at T.P.S. College, Dr. Dubey established a fully functionalized "Laboratory of Green (nanomaterials) & Environmental Chemistry (LGEC)". She has over 30 publications and one patent, and her dedication to research has been recognized through several awards, including the DEF-Young Scientist Award (2010) and the Certificate of Merit Award from the American Chemical Society's Environmental Chemistry Division (2014).

Neha Shakelly is a PhD candidate at Purdue University, under the guidance of Dr. John W. Sutherland. With a strong academic background, she holds a Master’s in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering, as well as a second Master’s in Industrial Engineering with a focus on operations research, both from Purdue. Neha’s research centers on clean energy technologies, with a particular focus on sustainable aviation fuels and renewable energy systems. She is currently conducting techno-economic analysis (TEA) and life cycle assessment (LCA) for various sustainable aviation fuel processes, supported by the Department of Energy (DOE) in collaboration with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and LanzaTech. Neha has also led projects involving solar-wind hybrid microgrids and carbon-negative biorefineries, contributing to the national goals of decarbonization and energy security. She has received numerous awards for her work, including the prestigious Bilsland Dissertation Fellowship and Best Researcher Award in Ecological Engineering. Neha has also published extensively and presented her research at prestigious conferences, demonstrating her commitment to advancing environmental sustainability through innovative engineering solutions.

Dr. Rawdah Abduh Ghaleb Whba currently is an assistant professor at Chemistry Department, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Taiz University. She is also a postdoctoral at Inonu University, Türkiye, investigating High-Performance Full-Cell Production and Performance Analysis with Pre-Sodiumation Processes in the Na-Ion Batteries Project. Her research interests in polymer chemistry and physical chemistry (electrochemistry) cover the synthesis of polymers and grafted polymers, preparation of thin film membranes and electrodes, characterization of physicochemical, thermomechanical, and electrochemical analyses for synthesized materials and energy storage devices (solid-state lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and supercapacitors). She is also interested in the synthesis of organic and inorganic chemistry, material characterization, and kinetic chemistry. In the field of academic research, she has published more than 10 articles, with several more under review, and has won several awards for her research.

Alexey Yurievich Mikhaylov, Ph.D., holds a lecturer position and also is the Head of laboratory in Financial Markets and Banks Department in Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia. He specializes in Energy; Economics, Econometrics and Finance; Business, Management and Accounting; Environmental Science; Materials Science; Mathematics; Computer Science; Psychology; Social Sciences; Neuroscience. He is an author of 50 scientific publications and conference papers indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science, author of more than 80 scientific publications indexed in relevant scientific databases and author of 8 scientific monographs. He has filed patent: Modified machine learning algorithm based on linear regression for forecasting oil prices, taking into account the influence of macroeconomic indicators. He is currently the Guest Editor in Metals (Q1 journal) and International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences. He is a member of Young Scientist Board of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, ACI Russia-Financial Markets Association, Council on professional qualifications at the financial market, Russian Association of Crypto Industry and Blockchain.
